I wanted to write to thank you for your help in recruiting our performance contracting sales manager. This is the first time I’ve worked with you, although I’ve heard favorable comments concerning you from both Wade Smith and John Suzukida.

I like the process that you use. As you know, when I initially started the process of looking for someone to run the sales side of performance contracting, I tried to do without your help. It ended up being time-consuming, and quite frankly, we just didn’t have the quality of candidate we were looking for. I like your process. You make the job easier, because you have the contacts, you do the screening for us, and I’ve got to say that every candidate we finally brought to La Crosse was qualified.

The other aspect that was helpful and effective was having you handle the negotiations relative to salary, benefits and moving costs. I think the end result of doing it with you as an intermediary works best for both parties concerned.
